Summer Checklist

After months of waiting your summer holiday has finally rolled round! Even tough you’ve been packed for the past week and you are all ready to go, you probably have that familiar feeling you’ve forgotten something... Well, this handy holiday checklist has everything covered so you don’t have to panic. Now you can feel confident and look fabulous, as the summer season officially begins.


1. Show You Feet Some Love

We’ve spent winter stuffing our feet into boots and admittedly slightly neglecting our feet so as sandal weather is slowly creeping up we need a product that’s going to show our feet some serious love! 2. Scratch The Itch

There are also several things you can do to relieve itching and prevent infection from a bite or sting. Apply an ice pack to a bite or sting for 15 to 20 minutes once an hour for the first 6 hours. 3. Sun protection

In addition, a good sun protection can help reduce the appearance of red veins and blotchiness as well as slow down premature ageing. Don’t know what SPF to go for? Choose a sun protection factor of - at least - 15, which filters out about 93% of UV radiation and is usually sufficient.


4. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

Hydration is a key to a happy holiday. If you forget to drink enough water, your skin looks tired, you lack energy, and body functions such as digestion slow down, whilst joints will ache more as they lose essential lubrication. Best to stay off the caffeine and alcohol and stick to water. Spending long hours in the sun puts you at a higher risk of becoming dehydrated quicker than you normally would back home. Not only does water hydrate you but it can also help combat fatigue, which often hits you on holiday: lounging in the sun all day, doing nothing, is clearly tiring work.
